Each tier is built around “Media Days,” where I spend about 1.5 hours on-site capturing authentic, high-quality visuals that fit your brand’s vibe and goals.

Run & Gun Media Day

Perfect for: Shops that just need fresh, consistent photos.

Includes:

  • 1 on-site Media Day (up to 1.5 hours)

  • 15–20 Edited photos (interior, drinks, customers, atmosphere) Quick color correction and social-ready delivery

  • 2 Graphics in either story format or post Format

Goal: Keep content flowing without heavy planning — simple, authentic, and high-quality.

Content + Video Production

Perfect for: Shops ready to add video and more creative direction.

  • Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:

  • 2 - 30 Sec B-Roll video reels (with music + color grading) Research and present video style inspirations for pre-approval before production.

  • 4 Graphics for announcements in two formats (Hours, Holidays, Specials)

Goal: Build a stronger brand presence through consistent photo and video storytelling.

Media & Additional Assistance

  • Includes everything in Tier 2, plus additional help:

  • Exclusivity: I will not take on work from competing coffee shops during the active term of our agreement.

  • Social media management: Scheduling & campaign creation 

  • Monthly strategy check-ins

  • Goal: End-to-end creative support — from shooting to posting design sticker or t-shirts. keeping your shop’s social channels consistent and engaging.

Notes

  • Turnaround time: 3–5 business days after each Media Day

  • Revisions: Up to 2 rounds per deliverable

  • Usage rights: Licensed for use on the shop’s social channels
