EnfRNte was created in order to be a one-stop guide to educate, promote and recruit the nurses of tomorrow. The program’s aim is to meet the shortage of nurses in the El Paso, West Texas and Southern New Mexico areas, including bringing nursing professionals to underserved and underrepresented communities.
